My personal inbox was a slot machine. Every notification, receipt, newsletter, and shipping update landed with the same weight as an email that actually needed me. So I checked it constantly, half out of a quiet fear I'd miss the one that mattered.
I didn't need faster email. I needed something to decide, for me, which emails were worth my attention and which were just there.
So I built an agent that does exactly that.
It reads every new email as it arrives, decides whether it's important, and quietly marks the rest as read. When something matters, it sends me a message on Telegram, so the only emails that reach me are the ones I'd actually want. And it learns: when it gets a call wrong, I correct it with a single tap, and it remembers for next time. I completely turned off email notifications.
My inbox used to interrupt me all day. Now it stays quiet until it shouldn't, and when it speaks up, it's worth listening to.
This is another build in the series, real automations I've actually built and use, explained plainly, no theory.
If your inbox runs your day instead of the other way around, the guide below walks you through building your own.
